we are so ready!!

that is a bit of an understatment...we are so ready for our baby girl. We talk and pray for her everyday, many times a day. God continues to remind us that He will bring her to us when we are ready. (even though we think we are ready right now). the most recent news is that our paperwork to be renewed at the immigration office arrived yesterday. this can be a really long process or sometimes they surprise you with a short turn around, basically, this is permission for us to bring her into our country upon her arrival. it is just amazing how a mom of three little boys lies awake at night thinking of getting her room together, what she will wear, and even fixing her cute little straight black hair!!

on the home front, we are thick into baseball for the big boys and really enjoying watching them play. our youngest is occasionally sporting a "mohawk" with his hair and loves it. Those of you who know him, it fits him so well. we are eager to hear from immigration, so please pray with us that their would be no concerns or holdups with approving us for special needs from korea. and please keep praying that Jason and I would be patient and ready for our little girl. that God would already be preparing her for us and the transition as it is so hard on them. thanks for following along,

blessings,

still waiting

Well, we did have an exciting week as we got a call from our new agency about a sweet little girl. She had multiple medical issues from being born extremely early. We prayed and prayed and had her looked at by an international doctor and she and we felt that this was not the child that The Lord has for us. She is soooo cute, we know she will find a family very soon! God continues to be very faithful, as He always is, and is leading us along this road to our baby girl. We have prayed that God would make it clear to us in all our circumstances surrounding this adoption and he does.

We do have to get approval from the Immigration Department and that may be a BIG deal. So please pray that they would be swift and gracious in granting us approval to adopt from Korea and not China. We are so excited about our new "baby sister" we can hardly stop talking about it. Please continue to pray for wisdom for us...thank you.

On a lighter note, all three boys got really short haircuts and are so handsome!!! Have a great Lord's day!

Blessings, Jason, Meg, and the boys.
